Sue Grafton

Sue Grafton was an American author known for her detective novels. She is best recognized for her 'alphabet series' featuring private investigator Kinsey Millhone in the fictional city of Santa Teresa, California. The series began with 'A is for Alibi' in 1982 and continued until 'Y is for Yesterday', released in 2017. Grafton's books have been published in 28 countries and in 26 languages. She passed away in December 2017 before completing the last installment, which would have been titled 'Z is for Zero'.
