Edith Mirante

Edith Mirante is an American author, activist, and artist known for her work on environmental and human rights issues, particularly in relation to Burma (Myanmar). She has written several books, including 'Burmese Looking Glass' and 'Down the Rat Hole: Adventures Underground on Burma’s Frontiers,' which explore the political and social issues facing the region.
