Amal El Mohtar

Amal El Mohtar is a Canadian poet, author, and editor. She is known for her speculative fiction and fantasy works, including the Hugo, Nebula, and Locus award-winning novella 'This Is How You Lose the Time War', co-written with Max Gladstone. El Mohtar's work often explores themes of identity, culture, and mythology. She has also served as the Otherworldly columnist for The New York Times Book Review.
