Betty MacDonald

Betty MacDonald (1907–1958) was an American author best known for her humorous autobiographical book 'The Egg and I', which describes her life and adventures on a chicken farm in Washington state. She also wrote the popular 'Mrs. Piggle-Wiggle' series, which features a magical woman who cures children of their bad habits.
