László Németh

László Németh was a prominent Hungarian writer, dramatist, essayist, and doctor. Born on April 18, 1901, in Nagybánya, then part of Austria-Hungary (now Baia Mare, Romania), he became one of the most significant figures in Hungarian literature in the 20th century. His works often focused on moral issues and the complexities of human character. Németh's notable works include the novels 'Égető Eszter' (Eszter's Inheritance) and 'Iszony' (Revulsion). He passed away on March 3, 1975, in Budapest, Hungary.
