Albert J. Beveridge

Albert J. Beveridge was an American historian and US senator from Indiana. He was born on October 6, 1862, and died on April 27, 1927. As a senator, he was a prominent advocate of American imperialism and progressivism. He was also known for his biographies of Chief Justice John Marshall and President Abraham Lincoln.
