Ayad Akhtar

Ayad Akhtar is an American playwright, novelist, and screenwriter of Pakistani descent. He is known for his works that explore themes of identity, religion, and the complexities of the Muslim-American experience. Akhtar won the Pulitzer Prize for Drama in 2013 for his play 'Disgraced'.
