Gaspara Stampa

Gaspara Stampa (1523–1554) was an Italian poet. She is considered one of the greatest female poets of the Renaissance and is known for her passionate and expressive sonnets. Her work largely consists of love poems that reflect her own emotional experiences. Stampa's poetry was published posthumously in a collection called 'Rime', which gained her significant recognition and influence in the literary world.
