Liselotte Welskopf-Henrich

Liselotte Welskopf-Henrich (1901–1979) was a German author and historian. She is best known for her series of novels featuring the Native American hero Harka and for her works on ancient history, particularly on the Spartacus slave uprising and the history of the ancient Greeks. Her writing was influenced by her strong ethical convictions and her opposition to racism and fascism.
