Tristan Egolf

Tristan Egolf (1971–2005) was an American author known for his energetic and vivid writing style. He gained recognition with his first novel, 'Lord of the Barnyard: Killing the Fatted Calf and Arming the Aware in the Cornbelt,' which was published in 1998. Egolf's work often depicted rural American life and explored themes of social injustice and anti-establishment sentiments. His career was marked by a promising literary start, but his life was tragically cut short by his suicide at the age of 33.
