Bill Browder

Bill Browder is an American-born British financier and political activist. He is the CEO and co-founder of Hermitage Capital Management, which was once the largest foreign portfolio investor in Russia. Browder is known for his work in exposing corruption and human rights abuses in Russia, and he has been a vocal advocate for the Magnitsky Act, named after his lawyer Sergei Magnitsky who died in a Russian prison after uncovering a massive fraud scheme.
