Anne Glenconner

Anne Glenconner is a British author and aristocrat, born Lady Anne Coke in 1932. She served as a maid of honor at the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II and was a lady-in-waiting to Princess Margaret. Glenconner gained public attention with her memoir 'Lady in Waiting: My Extraordinary Life in the Shadow of the Crown' (2019), which provides an intimate look at her life among the British royals and her own personal tragedies and triumphs.
