Abhinavagupta

Abhinavagupta was a philosopher, mystic, and aesthetician from Kashmir, India. He lived around 950 – 1020 AD and was a central figure in the development of the philosophical and mystical system known as Kashmir Shaivism. He was also an influential writer on music, drama, and literature.
