Sir Gilbert Parker
Sir Gilbert Parker was a Canadian novelist and British politician. He is best known for his historical romances and adventure novels set in Canada and other parts of the British Empire. Parker was also a member of the British Parliament and was knighted for his contributions to literature and public service.
