Hugh Gregory Gallagher

Hugh Gregory Gallagher was an American author and disability rights activist known for his work in advocating for the rights of people with disabilities. He is best known for his role in drafting the Architectural Barriers Act of 1968, which was one of the first pieces of legislation to address accessibility issues for people with disabilities in the United States.
