W. Edwards Deming

W. Edwards Deming was an American statistician, professor, author, lecturer, and consultant known for his work in the field of quality management. He is best known for his role in improving production in the United States during World War II and later in Japan, where his methods helped transform Japanese manufacturing and business practices.
