Joel Bakan
Joel Bakan is a Canadian lawyer, writer, and filmmaker. He is known for his work on corporate law and governance, and is the author of the book 'The Corporation: The Pathological Pursuit of Profit and Power', which was also made into a documentary film. Bakan is a professor at the University of British Columbia's Faculty of Law.
