H V Evatt
Herbert Vere Evatt, commonly known as H.V. Evatt, was an Australian politician, judge, and writer. He served as the Attorney-General and Minister for External Affairs in the Australian government and was a prominent figure in the establishment of the United Nations. Evatt was also the President of the United Nations General Assembly from 1948 to 1949.
