Walden Bello

Walden Bello is a Filipino academic, environmentalist, and social activist known for his work on globalization and economic policy. He has been a prominent critic of neoliberal globalization and has written extensively on issues related to development, trade, and the environment. Bello has also served as a member of the Philippine House of Representatives and is a co-founder of the advocacy group Focus on the Global South.
