G. D. H. Cole
G. D. H. Cole was a British political theorist, economist, and historian. He was a prominent advocate of socialism and a member of the Fabian Society. Cole was also known for his work in the cooperative movement and his contributions to the development of guild socialism. In addition to his political work, he wrote detective fiction and was a prolific author of books on economic and social history.
