Oswald De Andrade
Oswald de Andrade was a Brazilian poet, playwright, and cultural critic, known as one of the leading figures of the Brazilian Modernist movement. He is famous for his 'Manifesto Antropófago' (Cannibal Manifesto), which proposed that Brazilian culture should 'cannibalize' European influences to create something unique and new.
