Lady Sheba

Lady Sheba, born Jessie Wicker Bell, was an influential figure in the Wiccan and Neopagan movements. She is best known for her book 'The Book of Shadows', which was one of the first to be published openly on the subject of Wicca. Her work contributed to the spread and popularization of Wiccan practices in the United States.
