Frederick Oakeley
Frederick Oakeley was an English Anglican priest and author, known for his translation of the Christmas carol 'Adeste Fideles' into English as 'O Come, All Ye Faithful'. He converted to Roman Catholicism and became a prominent figure in the Oxford Movement.
