Charles Coulson

Charles Alfred Coulson was a prominent British applied mathematician and theoretical chemist known for his work in quantum theory. He made significant contributions to the understanding of molecular orbitals and was a pioneer in the field of theoretical chemistry. Coulson was also a committed Methodist and wrote extensively on the relationship between science and religion.
