Alfred Watkins

Alfred Watkins was an English author, antiquarian, and amateur archaeologist. He is best known for his book 'The Old Straight Track' (1925), in which he introduced the concept of ley lines, suggesting that ancient sites were aligned along straight paths across the landscape.
