Friedrich Reck-Malleczewen was a German author and diarist known for his critical stance against the Nazi regime. His most notable work, 'Diary of a Man in Despair,' provides a powerful account of his opposition to the Nazis and his experiences during World War II. He was ultimately arrested and died in the Dachau concentration camp.
