Benjamin Fondane

Benjamin Fondane was a Romanian and French poet, critic, and existential philosopher. He was known for his avant-garde literary contributions and his involvement in the surrealist movement. Fondane was also a filmmaker and a significant figure in the intellectual circles of his time. Tragically, he died in the Auschwitz concentration camp during World War II.
