Colin Powell
Colin Powell was an American statesman and a retired four-star general in the United States Army. He served as the 65th United States Secretary of State from 2001 to 2005, the first African-American to hold this position. Powell was also the National Security Advisor and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff.
