Joshua D. Angrist

Joshua David Angrist is an Israeli-American economist and professor at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He is known for his work on labor economics and econometrics, particularly in the development of methods for causal inference. Angrist was awarded the Nobel Memorial Prize in Economic Sciences in 2021 for his methodological contributions to the analysis of causal relationships.
