Pigres of Halicarnassus

Pigres of Halicarnassus was an ancient Greek poet, known for his work in the 5th century BCE. He is often associated with the creation of the 'Batrachomyomachia' or 'Battle of the Frogs and Mice', a parody of the Iliad. Little else is known about his life or works.
