Mao Zedong

Mao Zedong was a Chinese communist revolutionary and founding father of the People's Republic of China, which he governed as the chairman of the Chinese Communist Party from its establishment in 1949 until his death in 1976. He is known for his role in the Chinese Revolution and for his political theories, military strategies, and policies, collectively known as Maoism.
