Su Tung–p’o

Su Shi, also known as Su Dongpo, was a renowned Chinese poet, essayist, and calligrapher of the Song dynasty. He is considered one of the greatest poets in Chinese history and was also a prominent political figure and a key figure in the development of Chinese literary and artistic culture.
