Rozsika Parker

Rozsika Parker was a British art historian, writer, and psychotherapist known for her work on feminist art history and the relationship between art and psychoanalysis. She co-authored the influential book 'Old Mistresses: Women, Art and Ideology' with Griselda Pollock and wrote 'The Subversive Stitch: Embroidery and the Making of the Feminine', which explored the cultural history of embroidery.
