William Damon

American psychologist and professor known for his research on moral development, character education, and purpose in youth. He is a professor at Stanford University, director of the Stanford Center on Adolescence, and a senior fellow at the Hoover Institution. Damon co-led the GoodWork Project and authored books such as The Moral Child and The Path to Purpose.
