Warren Carter

Australian-born New Testament scholar known for empire-critical readings of the Gospels—especially Matthew—and for books such as Matthew and the Margins, Matthew and Empire, and John and Empire. He has taught at institutions including Saint Paul School of Theology, Brite Divinity School, and Phillips Theological Seminary.
