David E. Wilhite

American scholar of early Christianity, particularly North African Christianity (e.g., Tertullian and Cyprian). He has authored works such as Tertullian the African and The Gospel according to Heretics and serves on the faculty of Baylor University’s Truett Theological Seminary.
