Miroslav Sasek

Czech illustrator and author best known for the mid‑century children’s travel series “This Is…,” which he signed as M. Sasek. Trained in architecture and art, he worked across Europe and became celebrated for his clean, modernist illustrations and witty, cosmopolitan depictions of cities.
