Egeria
Late 4th-century Christian pilgrim and writer, author of the Itinerarium Egeriae (Peregrinatio), a detailed account of a pilgrimage to the Holy Land and early Christian liturgy; her exact origins are uncertain (possibly Gallaecia in northwestern Iberia).
