Lisa Abend

Lisa Abend is an American journalist and author known for her reporting on food, travel, and culture. A former Time magazine correspondent in Spain, she has written for outlets including The New York Times and The Atlantic, and is the author of The Sorcerer's Apprentices: A Season in the Kitchen at Ferran Adrià's elBulli (2011).
