Ioannis Contopoulos
Greek astrophysicist known for research in plasma astrophysics, including pulsar magnetospheres, relativistic jets, and magnetohydrodynamics; co-author of the influential 1999 paper on the axisymmetric pulsar magnetosphere (Contopoulos, Kazanas, and Fendt).
