Heidi Grant Halvorson is an American social psychologist, researcher, and author known for her work on motivation, goal pursuit, and perception. She has written popular books including Succeed, Focus (with E. Tory Higgins), and No One Understands You and What to Do About It, and has contributed to Harvard Business Review and Psychology Today.
