How to Come Together, Unleash Our Power, and Change the Game

A concise, empowering manifesto on modern leadership and teamwork that challenges outdated rules, urges readers to ask for the ball, turn failure into fuel, lead from the bench, and lift others as they rise. Rooted in lessons from the playing field, it reframes success as a collective endeavor, calls for building new tables rather than waiting for invitations, and offers practical, rallying principles for changing the game together.
