Kuldip Nayar

Kuldip Nayar was an Indian journalist, author, diplomat, and human rights activist. Known for his fearless reporting during India’s Emergency (1975–77), he later served as India’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom and as a Member of Parliament in the Rajya Sabha. He wrote widely syndicated columns and books, including Beyond the Lines and Emergency Retold.
