Julian Sayarer

British travel writer and long-distance cyclist, formerly a world-record holder for fastest circumnavigation by bicycle. His books, including Life Cycles, Messengers, Interstate, and Fifty Miles Wide, combine on-the-road reportage with political and social commentary; Interstate won the Stanford Dolman Travel Book of the Year.
