Set during a stifling Irish summer in the aftermath of the property crash, the story follows a family who move into an unfinished, nearly deserted housing estate, unsettling the few people still living there. Strange occurrences and rumors gather as the household begins to unravel and disappear, narrated by an uneasy observer whose account is riddled with gaps and contradictions. Part ghost story and part psychological mystery, it explores the eerie emptiness left by economic ruin and the unreliable nature of memory and witness.
