Ernest Shackleton

Sir Ernest Henry Shackleton was a British polar explorer who led three British expeditions to the Antarctic. He is best known for his 1914-1916 Endurance expedition, where he and his crew showed remarkable survival skills after their ship was crushed by ice. Shackleton's leadership in bringing all of his men back alive is celebrated as a model of great leadership and resilience.
