Sebastian Junger

Sebastian Junger is an American journalist, author, and filmmaker. He is best known for his book 'The Perfect Storm: A True Story of Men Against the Sea' (1997), which became a bestseller and inspired a film of the same name. Junger's work often focuses on themes of adventure, survival, and the human experience in extreme conditions. He has also directed and produced documentaries, including 'Restrepo' (2010), which was nominated for an Academy Award, and 'Korengal' (2014). His other notable works include 'War' (2010) and 'Tribe: On Homecoming and Belonging' (2016).
