Otto Binder

American writer of science fiction and comic books, prominent in the Golden Age; longtime writer for Fawcett's Captain Marvel and later DC Comics (Superman family). Early in his career he wrote with his brother under the joint byline "Eando Binder" and is credited with creating or developing characters such as Supergirl and Mary Marvel.
