Don Paterson

Don Paterson is a Scottish poet, writer, and musician. Born in 1963 in Dundee, Scotland, he is known for his poetry that often reflects on personal relationships, mortality, and the nature of reality. Paterson has received numerous awards for his work, including the T.S. Eliot Prize for poetry. He is also a professor of poetry at the University of St Andrews and has been involved in editing and publishing poetry collections. In addition to his literary career, Paterson is an accomplished jazz musician and composer.
