Loung Ung

Loung Ung is a Cambodian-American human rights activist and lecturer. She is best known for her memoir, 'First They Killed My Father: A Daughter of Cambodia Remembers,' which recounts her experiences surviving the Khmer Rouge regime as a child. Ung is also a spokesperson for the Campaign for a Landmine-Free World.
